About Sanita Pukite
Sanita Pukite.
Leadership Development Consultant, Systemic Team Coach, Executive Coach, Group Facilitator
With nearly two decades in global leadership at Johnson & Johnson — I know the pressure, complexity, and uncertainty leaders face. I've lived it.
Today, I combine that experience with Systems Psychodynamics lens to help leaders and teams build the capacity to hold more: more complexity, more ambiguity, more pressure — without breaking.
My work goes beneath the surface. I work with the unconscious patterns, defensive structures, and group dynamics that shape how teams think, decide, and lead — the forces that keep organisations stuck despite good intentions, and despite everyone's best efforts.
I work with leaders both individually and with their teams. In 1:1 executive coaching, I work with high-performers building capacity for next-level complexity, senior leaders navigating significant transitions, and leaders who need to think more clearly and lead more effectively under sustained pressure.
At the team level, I work with leadership teams to expand their collective capacity for high-stakes decision-making, build trust, and move from reactive to genuinely collaborative.
Why I do what I do
After nearly two decades leading transformations across 5 countries, I realised the hardest challenges leaders face aren't technical — they're adaptive, psychological, and systemic.
The most capable leaders don't get stuck because they lack strategy. They get stuck because the complexity they're now facing has outgrown the capacity they built to get here.
Today I to help leaders build the capacity to see what's really happening and hold more: more complexity, more pressure, more uncertainty — without losing themselves or their effectiveness.
This work is personal. I've lived the pressure, the complexity, the moments when every conventional approach falls short. I help leaders move through those moments with greater awareness, authority, and the sustained capacity to lead — even when conditions are hard.
What sets me apart
I bridge psychological depth with strategic reality.
Traditional leadership work treats symptoms without addressing root causes. My approach draws on psychology and two decades of global leadership experience to identify and work with the underlying dynamics that actually drive results.
The focus isn't just on what leaders do, but on how they see, what they resist, and what systemic forces are shaping outcomes. The aim is fundamental growth, not surface-level fixes.
My Values and Beliefs
Effective leadership requires seeing clearly - what's happening inside and what's happening in the systems around you. It's not about perfection, or performing the "right" behaviors.
Real capacity develops through depth: the ability to see clearly, hold pressure, own authority, and create transformational change - not surface-level fixes. Going deep is how leaders go far, faster.
This work isn't for everyone. It's for leaders willing to examine not just what they're doing, but who they're being and what forces are shaping that.
The Approach:
Working with what drives behavior – the unconscious patterns and systemic forces that determine results,
Addressing root causes, not symptoms – sustainable change requires going beneath surface reactions,
Building authority through self-awareness – knowing what you're bringing to every situation and why,
Leveraging complexity – seeing the whole system, not just the immediate problem.
