Leadership development in Dubai

Sanita Pukite.

Executive & Team Coach, Leadership Development Consultant, Speaker

Most leadership development asks: what does this leader need to learn, or know how to do? That question is useful but insufficient. My work focuses on a different one: what does this leader — and this team — need to be able to hold?

The argument, developed through nearly two decades of corporate leadership and grounded in academic research, is that the ceiling most senior leaders hit is a capacity problem, not a skills problem. And capacity can be deliberately expanded.

I’ve spent sixteen years at Johnson & Johnson in senior EMEA roles across strategy, marketing, and organisational development. I’ve led cross-functional teams across 55 countries, delivered double digit revenue growth as EMEA Platform Lead for J&J MedTech business, and worked through the kind of sustained complexity my clients now bring to me.

My focus

My primary focus is leadership teams. Using a Tavistock-informed approach to systems psychodynamics and systemic team coaching lens, I work with what is present in the room: the group dynamics, the relational patterns, the unconscious forces that shape how teams think, decide, and hold together under pressure. This is the layer most leadership development never reaches.

The Capacity framework, drawing on systems psychodynamics, vertical leadership development, interpersonal neuroscience, and organisational psychology ,informs my individual coaching, my team programmes, and my research. It is based around a single argument: capacity precedes capability, which precedes performance. Building the inner container, in a leader and in a team, is the work I do.

My insights paper The Capacity Ceiling introduces the framework. My forthcoming book develops it.

I hold an Executive MBA and Executive Coaching Certificate from INSEAD, a Psychodynamic Group Coaching Practicum from the Kets de Vries Institute, completed The Art and Practice of Leadership Development at Harvard Kennedy School, am trained in systems psychodynamics and I am ICF accredited coach.

I frequently speak at INSEAD Alumni Events, and I work with senior leaders and C-suite teams worldwide.

Outside work, I climb mountains. Training for expeditions where the pressure is real.

Let’s connect and see what’s possible

This work is for leaders willing to examine not just what they are doing, but what they and their teams are able to hold under pressure. It expands the capacity to respond rather than react, to connect rather than fragment and to hold complexity without collapsing.

If that is where you are, let's talk.
